Registration for the tournaments can be done directly at the designated checkouts at the event. Information signs will be strategically distributed to make it easier to locate these points. In addition, those interested will also be able to register via the GameID app, providing greater convenience and practicality.
Anyone over the age of 18 can sign up to play in BSOP tournaments. Some tournaments have specific audience restrictions, such as the "Seniors" tournament, which is aimed only at those over 50 years of age. Entries can be made directly at our registration desk using the following payment methods:
All details can be obtained directly from the event cashier.
If you are already registered in our system, your slot will already be registered. You can use your GameID to select the Main Event, choose the day you want to play and, at the time of payment, choose "Use slot". If you choose not to use your GameID, you can go to our registration desk to sign up.
The BSOP is informed of the list of qualifiers before the stage begins. You should go to the registration desk to have your name checked against the list of qualifiers. If the club sends us the information in advance and you are already registered in our system, your place will also appear in GameID.
Probably not. All other players from other clubs should register as normal, paying at the time of registration.
When you register, you will receive a registration receipt. This receipt contains the table and seat for the tournament you will be playing in.
This means that the Tournament Director has not yet released which tables will be used for registration. As soon as the Director does, which is usually around 2 hours before the start of the tournament, you will be able to access the "My Tickets" button and issue your table and position. If you registered at the cashier's office, just look for your tournament area and contact a floor (supervisor).
GameID is an application developed by PokerWeb. Through GameID, participants can register and re-enter tournaments and have access to other information such as the clock for each tournament and blind levels. To use GameID you must first register and then link to the BSOP.
By using GameID you can pay for your registration using PIX or an existing balance in your name in the BSOP system (such as a prize you have received). You can also pre-register to pay in cash at the cashier and use a satellite seat that is already registered in your name in the BSOP system.
To cancel your entry, you must go to the registration desk before the tournament starts. If the tournament has already started, it will not be possible to cancel your registration.
Alternate means that your registration is done and you will play, however, you will be accommodated by a tournament supervisor. Generally, alternates happen when all the seats in the tournament are full. You will wait until players are eliminated and seats become vacant for alternates to take them. Therefore, you should wait near the tournament hall to hear your call on the microphone. Often by the time you reach the tournament area your seat will already be available, so get there quickly.
In-person registration for the side events starts one hour before the tournament begins. Registration for the main event and the heads-up tournament (if any) is open from the first day of the event.
You can show the registration ticket on an electronic device (smartphone or tablet) to the dealer.

Don't worry! The event has been planned to accommodate a large number of participants, ensuring that there are enough places for everyone interested. Don't worry about overcrowding, as we are prepared to receive a large audience on a daily basis.

Some longer tournaments have dinner breaks. The breaks will be 75 minutes (1h15m) unless the structure is planned differently. You need to check the structure sheet of the tournament you want to play to see if there will be a dinner break.
Each tournament will follow its own break schedule. In general, breaks occur approximately every 2 hours of the tournament. Check the GameID app or the structure sheet of the tournament you're playing for the break schedule.
A tournament supervisor (floor) must register your elimination in our system before you leave the playing area. Then simply go to the registration desk to request your payment. Keep in mind that for your security, part or all of your prize may be paid electronically (a bank transfer within 3 working days of the end of the BSOP), at the discretion of the event management.
